Today the news hits as we hear about the ROAR gathering… Brian Leo McCallum owner of Salon Group ROAR hosts a gathering to champion his staff.

Brian is a big supporter of Colour World Genius Awards and has entered every year since we launched (2019). A colourful character and an accomplished colourist, he himself has secured a finalist position a couple of times…

Every year Brian hosts a gathering to bring together the teams from across the salon group to celebrate their performance throughout the year. A time for the leadership to give back to staff for their hard work and dedication to the salons. We love to see support like this!  

We hear the evening celebrated the successes of the salons and individuals with bonuses and awards presented to celebrate their hard work!

I am very passionate towards rewarding the team and ensuring their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and we already have plans in place to do monthly team get together and thank you dinners in 2024.”
