It can be hard to achieve a substantial collection that both hairdressers and clients find inspiring… But we think Jessica Neil from KH Hair has nailed it with the ‘Chromatic’ collection.
As we know, many clients come in for much-loved, more gentle looks such as balayage, half and full-head highlights… So creating a collection with bold colours will not always appeal to them. However, with this collection, Jessica has created inspiring and empowering looks that are still very accessible to any client.
Here’s what Jessica has to say about the ‘Chromatic’ collection:
“My inspiration was to create images using a pallet of colourful and playful pastels and accentuate the colourful tones by forming shapes and textures that allow the hair to breathe. I wanted the lighting to help create shadows and an iridescent ambience which gives my collection an effortless and beautiful feel whilst also being vibrant and expressive.”

It’s important for high street salon groups to create creative collections despite not being looks or colours clients will necessarily ask for, but this doesn’t mean they can’t be inspired.
