Welcoming a brand new space for the UK’s first Keune training academy and flagship salon ‘Bloom’. This marks a significant milestone in Keune Haircosmetics’ history during its centenary year.
We were kindly invited to join the official launch event, oh and what a launch it was! The two-story building blew us away, you’re greeted by a bright open-plan salon with splashes of colour and greenery throughout to reflect their eco-credentials. It doesn’t stop there head upstairs and you will find yourself at a training academy to learn all about the Keune products. But on your way up, don’t forget to stop for a coffee and cake from Comptoir Gourmand.
Anyway, more about the evening… It started with an introduction to more of the products, education plans, and meeting the key figures within the business, including CEOs George and Eelco Keune, General Manager Darren Potter, UK Colour Ambassador Jo McKay and UK Creative Ambassador Andrew Barton. On top of this, the Bloom Lifestyle group owner Sheona Forrest and creative director JR Slane were there to welcome the celebrations.
It was a very special evening that showcased what Keune UK has to offer; Andrew Barton and Jo McKay kicked things off by curating a catwalk show with hair looks that demonstrated the breadth and quality of the Keune product portfolio. Bravo to both!
We also heard from Darren Potter who introduced the salon and training academy:
