New role announced by L’Oréal Professional Products Division

In an ever-shifting landscape, where the Professional Hair & Beauty Market continues to grow and develop, the L’Oréal Professional Products Division and all their brands and teams constantly strive to evolve to support the industry, their partners and education. With this in mind the Group created a new position in the division; the one of General Manager Education and Professional Development L’Oréal Professional Products Division UK & Ireland.

This new role will focus on enhancing our Education development across the division, both online and offline as well as acting as a driving force to shape the future with the dedicated Education platform Access, now with over 40,000 users, as well as the Academy experience. Monica Teodoro, current General Manager L’Oréal Professionnel UK & Ireland has been appointed to lead this new and instrumental role. Bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Professional Beauty Market, as well as a strong connection with all of our partners.

Succeeding Monica as General Manager L’Oréal Professionnel UK & Ireland will be Freddie Banks. Freddie has over 12 years’ of experience in the Professional Beauty Market, most recently leading Kérastase and Shu Uemura as General Manager UK & Ireland.

Succeeding Freddie as General Manager Kérastase & Shu Uemura UK & Ireland will be Maya Sfeir. Maya has over 14 years’ experience with L’Oréal, many of which have been in the Professional Beauty Market as Marketing Director for L’Oréal Professionnel and most recently looking after Garnier in the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division as General Manager UK & Ireland.
