The ClubStar Art Team had a blast experimenting with Curlformers; the innovative curling product from Hairflair.
Curlformers offers a sustainable and damage-free way to curl hair. Worth to keep an eye at for sure.
However it wasn’t just any day getting hands-on with the products. The mentoring session was led by former Fellowship for British Hairdressing President, Karine Jackson. Karine spent the day with the ClubStar team, first showcasing the tools and techniques that make up the unique Curlformers curling range. Then the team got creative and tried the products on their models. A professional fun shoot followed– adding yet more imagery to their year of great experiences.
“I had the best day with the team learning from Karine. It was amazing to work with such a revolutionary product for styling!” says India Sparacia from Sculpture Salon.
HOW TO
Curlformers, the alternative way to create curls, is just so easy to use.
Follow the next steps (when working with a male model):
1 . Cleanse hair with a clarifying shampoo.
2 . Starting at the front, apply the Curlformers in a random pattern, working through to the crown.
3. Work with zig zag sectioning to ensure soft root results for that ’not just done’ look.
4. Apply a perm lotion and when developed, rinse hair for approximately 10 minutes to remove all the perm lotion. Gently towel dry and remove any moisture.
5. Apply the neutraliser. Develop as per your manufacturers’ instructions.
6. Rinse and apply conditioner, then style, blow and diffuse.
And you’re ready to go!
