Instinct by Karen Thomson

Karen Thomson has really made us feel some summer warmth with this collection – something we all need right now! Karen tells us she found inspiration from a sense of instinct, hence the name ‘Instinct’. Picture this… You’re in a hot country, your choice, watching the warm glow of the sun lighting up the sky as the sun sets and the day comes to an end. Karen looked to nature to find the colours used for this collection ‘Instinct’.

Karen worked with her team to create a nude, sheer style with dewy makeup to emphasise the warmth and glow on the model’s skin. This collection focuses on strength with a sense of softness and vulnerability. We are seeing strong shapes with soft edges, and colour layering techniques that melt into each other creating soft metallic hues. We love!
