Mark Leeson joins Revlon

Nicky Pope with Mark Leeson

All be upstanding for Mark Leeson, who is the new global artistic ambassador at Revlon Professional. Yay! We say this is great news. It will add hugely to the brand’s creative and colour excellence and be superbly inspiring for hairdressers all around the world.

Mark Leeson is global artistic ambassador

At a welcome dinner in London recently, Nicky Pope, Colour World’s executive producer (and the publisher for Tribu-te magazine UK) was delighted to chat with Mark. He told her: “Colour is the most important thing… I’ve been using the brand in my salon for the past year and my clients love it. All we’ve heard is ‘my hair is amazing’, and I agree. We’ve got exciting times ahead both for me and my team which is involved with education.”

Proof of Mark’s enthusiasm and artistic prowess (if it were needed) was on display. We adore the first collection created by Mark Leeson for the Revlon brand, so accessible yet requiring great skill to create. Large format prints of stunning, luxe hair images were placed all around the private dining room at the Ivy restaurant in central London. “Impressive,” declared Nicky Pope. “A collection that makes hair the hero and showcases the fabulous, healthy hair and striking colour results you can achieve.”
“The Revlon Professional tagline is ‘the most beautiful colour in the world’ and this is what I wanted to demonstrate,” says Mark.
