Give your colour menu a makeover

L’Oréal Professionnel are encouraging salons to introduce a new service menu for colour. Since the countless lockdowns we’ve seen a bigger gap between appointments. And, that’s where the new colour service menu comes in. Clients can come back to the salon for an express colour service in-between appointments – perfect for building client loyalty.
We also think the new colour menu is great for personalising your services. Gone are the days of your standard T-section highlights. Colour placement is more important than ever with today’s trends.
We’ve got the low down from Danielle Garner at Wildflower on how she’s applying the new colour service menu in the salon.

“We use certain terms that we advertise to our clients, it’s a part of our daily conversation and consultation now. Clients really appreciate the terminology and don’t question the price or the specific use of language because we have created a great relationship with the artist and client, so they have a lot of trust in knowing this new technique will be most suited to them.

The reason we use a diverse menu is to capture the audience and redefine the meaning of highlighting or toning. to celebrate the art of colouring without constrictions or need to over complicate”.

Amazing, Wildflower client must feel like they’re part of an exclusive club!
