‘Arise’ is the breakout collection by Chloe Houston and gives you an insight into what this hairdresser can do. She’s demonstrated great skill in creating palette of universal pastel shades. The cut and texture make colour the hero and we love it. Enhanced by simple make-up and complementary styling, this is very well done. Arise Chloe Houston… you will be one to watch for sure…
