Zing! We love the colour zaps in this collection by David Barron. Titled Synthetic Bloom, this collection shows David bringing natural, soft organic shapes in the hair into contrast with man-made form in the clothes. The colour is used intentionally to give energy. It’s beautifully done!

David tells us: “Synthetic Bloom” is about growth in a world where natural and man-made elements come together and influence each other. This collection combines soft, organic shapes with sharp, structured forms, creating a contrast between what grows naturally and what is built. The garments both extend and interrupt the body, shaping it in ways that feel protective but also restrictive. Hair becomes a point of transformation, growing into bold, organic textures that stand out against the structured looks. Color is used intentionally throughout the collection, emerging through the forms to emphasize movement, energy, and moments of transformation. This collection explores how there’s balance in contrast, where chaos and structure exist together.
