Move over London, the northern city of Leeds is where it’s at! Revlon Professional has partnered with the award-winning Westrow Academy to open the first UK Revlon Academy in the heart of Leeds. The move, described as a ‘milestone’ for the brand, will provide a base for both Revlon Professional and American Crew technical education teams, artistic ambassadors and brand affiliates to deliver cutting-edge, quality education.

The Academy

Housed on second floor of the Westrow House Academy, the Revlon space is innovative, and has been developed to keep pace with the brand’s ever-evolving education syllabus. The Academy boasts a new ‘Revlon Professional Colour Bar’ alongside a backwash area designed for rituals and relaxation with mood enhancing lighting – sounds dreamy to us!

Party time

Any excuse for a celebration… Revlon Professional marked the occasion by hosting an opening party packed with key industry names and influencers. Guests were welcomed with a glass of bubbly which was followed by a stunning catwalk show that had models rocking the runway with fashion-forward looks created by Revlon’s own global influencer, John Vial. Loved it!

Westrow Academy co-director, Steve Rowbottom said, “We are thrilled that Revlon Professional has aligned itself with the Westrow Academy. Both brands are truly dedicated to raising educational excellence within the hairdressing industry in the UK and globallyand this partnership is testament to a dedication to education on both sides. We wish Revlon Professional and American Crew many happy years to come in their new hairdressing home.”
