He’s got some initiatives including smart colour products, a membership scheme to lower the cost of regular services, and twilight packages to boost evening business.

• SMART COLOUR Available on in-salon colour processes, (Bloggs uses L’Oreal’s SmartBond) this new genre of conditioning during colour is promoted as an incredible service with inbuilt technology to repair, strengthen and condition hair during the colouring process. The question to client is, why just have colour when you can have smart colour?
• DD SCHEME Pay monthly, as if for the gym, Sky and other luxuries, and have hair looked after all year round with no unwanted big bills. Bloggs offers a membership card and early-bird news on offers and perks. A DD Colour Memberships includes all colouring services from highlights or bespoke colouring to be maintained with freshening up express services, a few lights to brighten up between main colouring services, or quick root touch ups to blend away those unwanted greys. All Smart Bond treatments are included.
• TWILIGHT PACKAGES Appointments offered in the evenings and for an extra £7, a refuel with a choice from our evening snack food menu and a glass of fizz.
